Refund policy

Regular-Priced Merchandise

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we are happy to accept returns on most regular-priced items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Guidelines:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition to be eligible for return.

  • Returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment once the return has been received and processed.

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • Expedited shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

Condition of Returned Items:

All items returned for a refund must be in “as new” condition, returned in the original packaging, and include all products originally purchased within a set.
Any item that is not in its original condition, is physically damaged, or is missing parts will not qualify for a return or refund.

Non-Returnable Items:

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following:

  • Customized merchandise

  • Memorabilia (Limited Edition Merchandise)

  • Books

  • Mattresses and/or foundations

  • Special Event Merchandise

  • Gift cards

  • Downloads

  • Vinyl records

  • International orders

  • Charitable items 

  • Any items that were not purchased on this website*

Sale Merchandise

All items marked as “Sale” are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

We kindly ask that you review all sale items carefully before completing your purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to ordering, our customer service team is happy to assist.

Return Instructions

To initiate a return, please email our Customer Support team at: exodus@wearsthetrend.com

All return requests must be initiated via email. This allows us to properly track and assist with your return.

If your item arrived damaged or you believe it has a manufacturer’s defect, please contact our Customer Support team immediately at the email above so we can help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Please allow 10 to 14 business days from the date your return is received by us for your return to be processed and for the credit to be reflected on your original method of payment.

Risk of Loss - Lost or Stolen Packages

The risk of loss and title for all items purchased from this website pass to the customer upon delivery, as confirmed by the shipping carrier. Once a package is marked as delivered, Exodus is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced items.

We recommend ensuring a secure delivery location and monitoring tracking information closely. If you believe your package was lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.

Additional Terms:

Exodus reserves the right to refuse service at its discretion.

*We cannot refund purchases that were not processed through the online store. Any merchandise purchased at in-person events or through other means cannot be exchanged or refunded.
